The Rose Court building was built in 1926 with an sunlit atrium space that serves as a common hall, waiting area, garden, and social space. The building has had a variety of tenants over the years including doctors’ offices, dentists, jewelers, restaurants, hair salons, finance offices, yoga studios, and an architecture firm.
