The David Owsley Museum of Art cultivates lifelong learning and recreation in the visual arts through its collection of original works of art from around the world. DOMA is located in the heart of Ball State University’s Old Quad. Housed in the Fine Arts Building, the collection has grown since 1935, and in 2011 was renamed after the grandson of Frank C.
