Allegre Restaurant at Ball State University
The Allegre Restaurant is operated entirely by Ball State University students, from menu selection to restaurant management.
Students enrolled in the Hospitality and Food Management Program (Department of Management) FCFN 400 class serve dinner to the public each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the Allègre Restaurant.
Seating for dinner is from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Dinner reservations are highly encouraged, but a limited number of walk-ins may be accommodated each evening.
